The Staffordshire County Golf Partnership is now recruiting a part-time coach to deliver the County Academy Coaching programme to junior golfers in the South West of the County.
We are looking for an energetic PGA Professional with the coaching skills, passion and dedication required to help maximise the potential of up and coming junior golfers in Staffordshire.
Remuneration includes coaching fees as well and ongoing coach development to help develop the skills of all academy coaches.
Key requirements of the role are:

To work with the County Training Academy Coordinator and Head Coach, and as a part of the County Training Academy Coaching Team, decide content, location, dates and structure of the training sessions and other events in order to develop the players to county standard.

To provide regular coaching sessions for academy players and produce individualised training plans for each of these players.

To provide mentoring and training support to junior level coaches assisting the programme.

To provide periodic selection days to identify young players with potential and select them for coaching.

To commit to ongoing personal development and training to ensure that delivery practices, skills and knowledge are as up to date as possible.

To liaise and communicate with the players' personal coaches and create a sense of "pulling together" towards mutual goals
