There has been a re-structuring of the squads and at each County Academy Coaching venue the squads have been split into a Futures squad and a Development squad.
The County Academy Programme (CAP) forms part of the England Talent Pathway and will help identify players and champions of the future. With this in mind juniors are selected who are committed to golf and who want to progress and develop their game further.
The documents below detail the expectations of the players on the programme that will encourage and provide the necessary participation opportunities in order for the players to develop their golfing ability.
