Physical Competence Testing through the Training Stages – from 6 to 60+ years of age
Exercise selection, progression and integration through the Training Stages
Learn a simple On Range Screening Protocol of Ten Tests for your every-day golfer – to direct technical and exercise interventions for improvement
Experience Physical Competence Testing battery for your everyday golfer and how this underpins the selection of golf specific exercise
The Biomechanical / Physiotherapy and Strength and Conditioning screening interventions
Assessment Models: Physiotherapy screening, Physical Competence Assessment & 3-D Kinematic Assessment
Practical experience of assessing your own physical ability on the Testing Protocol by day’s end
